We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. About Customized Products Customized products are a special type of product, so our policies are also different. 1. If you cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it, we will provide a full refund. 2. If you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, as we have already started production, we will only be able to refund 50% of the order amount.
